Terms of Service
Using the site
Games In Class provides classroom activities and tools. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for everything you create and upload.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. By making an activity public or sharing it in a shared folder you allow other users to play and copy it on this site.
Copyright
Only upload or use text, pictures, audio and other material that you created yourself or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted material that belongs to someone else without permission. If you believe your work was used without permission, email support@gamesinclass.com with a link and we will review it promptly.
Inappropriate content
Do not create or upload anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise unsuitable for a classroom. Do not upload pictures of students or other identifiable people, or share private personal information, without permission.
Reporting
Anyone with an account can use the Report button on an activity, shared folder or list to flag copyrighted or inappropriate material. Reports are reviewed by our moderators.
What happens if these rules are broken
- Copyrighted or inappropriate activities and uploads will be hidden or deleted, with or without notice.
- The account may receive a warning.
- Serious or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban, and the account's content may be deleted.
- We decide what is acceptable on the site. If you think we made a mistake, email support@gamesinclass.com.
Plans
Plans (Free, Starter, Pro) set how many activities and pictures you can store. Limits and features may change over time.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Contact support@gamesinclass.com with questions.
AI assist
AI assist suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking anything before you use it with students. Do not send personal information about students or other people, or material you do not have the right to use.
AI assist is limited by your plan, may be paused, changed or removed at any time, and is not available to student accounts. Using scripts or other ways to get around the limits, or misusing it, can lead to AI assist being blocked on your account.
